C.D.I. Systems Announces Marketing, Deployment, And Integration MOU Agreement With PASS-IT

JERUSALEM - FRANKFURT-- May 19, 2004 - C.D.I. Systems announced today a business relationship with PASS-IT, a well-known German company that provides a wide range of IT services. PASS-IT will market and deploy NetIS™ online publishing platform to its customers through the company worldwide network. PASS-IT will also provide integration services and post-sales support.
