C.D.I. Systems Announces the Official Release of NetIS™ 4.0 - higher
visibility with additional browsers and formats supported
September 28, 2006, JERUSALEM---C.D.I. Systems, a developer of online publishing
solutions, has announced the release of the latest version of its premier online publishing
platform - NetIS™ version 4.0 comprising of several new and innovative features, including a
script based DRM, all compatible to the .NET framework. Moreover, as the business model
for mobile content use is taking shape, NetIS 4.0 also includes an innovative and practical
extension that allows distribution of online content to WAP, WML and XHTML mobile
browsers.

Based on Microsoft .NET, NetIS™ SDK allows the freedom to take advantage of this
framework to develop new applications. Moreover, NetIS 4.0 supports Network Load
Balancing to build clusters and so enhance and provide higher availability and accessibility to
NetIS portals. In this version, an improved mechanism that enables easy porting of NetIS
applications from one server to another has been developed, a clientless DRM script-based
protection (which does not require any client software installation), Graphics and
Audio/Video protection, improved sales & customers reporting capabilities, and RSS &
Mobile (XHTML) support for simple content syndication.
Additionally, NetIS 4.0 includes enhanced Purchasing and Royalties Management
capabilities, allowing for better management of e-commerce transaction and royalties share
for each content owner.
