Microsoft isv royalty licensing program

C.D.I. Systems broadens it alliances with Microsoft.


Jerusalem, Sep 3, 2007 - C.D.I. Systems Ltd. a developer of online publishing solutions, has signed the Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Royalty License and Distribution Agreement, allowing her to integrate Microsoft's license programs bundled in her Unified Solutions.

C.D.I. Systems had already attained Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program, recognizing the company expertise and impact in the technology marketplace as well as the company high levels of customer service and experience. As the first initiative, C.D.I. Systems plans to make its online publishing platform - NetIS - available with Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

"We are excited by the recognition and added opportunity being afforded by Microsoft with this license," stated Ely Calderon, C.D.I. Systems' Deputy CEO. "The ability to offer our customers with a Microsoft unified solution and sale experience represents new avenues for business development and clearly a proven software platform foundation".

Systems is the only vendor in this space to offer whole DRM, WCM and e-commerce capabilities in a single platform, the most comprehensive and granular approach to meet the demanding security requirements in the erupting market of content sales. Systems flagship, NetIS, is a highly scalable and easy to deploy solution, basing its mission critical online publishing requirements on Microsoft's SQL Server proven performance capabilities.
